what happens to my UNUSED RENTAL DAYS?

If you decide to return an Advance vehicle to our branch earlier than you originally planned,  we do NOT refund you for unused rental days.  

Can I pay for my rental in the local currency of my country?

Unfortunately not. All charges must be made in US Dollars (US$).

What additional services Do we offer?

Additional services include: Car seat, Toll Pass, GPS, and prepaid fuel tank. Check availability and costs at the time of booking.


What payment methods does Advance accept?

You may pay for your reservation through the following options:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Please note: If you pay for your reservation using a friend’s, relative's, or company credit card, a mandatory signature is required

Important: The reservation holder must present a credit card under his/her name at the time of rental. The credit card holder's name must be printed on the card and match the identification provided.

What happens if I return the car late?

Returning the car late will result in additional fees. If you need to return the car at a later time or extend your rental, please contact our Advance team at 407-600-3579.

Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?

Minimum age of 21 years old (Drivers between 21 and 24 years old may be subject to additional fees). The client and any additional driver must present a driver's license from the original and current country of origin. The driver's license must be valid at the time of rental and remain valid for the rental period. 

Who is responsible for parking, toll and traffic violations?

All traffic, parking, or towing fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility. These amounts will be charged to the customer's credit card, at the time of return of the vehicle or at any time thereafter. 


Can I get out of state with the car?

No. ALL cars are restricted to the State of Florida. 


What are the fuel and mileage policies?

ALL cars must be returned with the same gas tank level that it was received at pick up on a "Same-to-Same basis". If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the refueling charges will be payable at return or deducted from the deposit.
