what happens to my UNUSED RENTAL DAYS?
If you decide to return an Advance vehicle back to our branch earlier than you originally planned, we shall NOT refund you for unused rental days.
Can I pay for my rental in the local currency of my country?
Unfortunately not. All charges will be made in US Dollar (US$).
What additional services Do we offer?
When hiring our car rental service in Orlando you can easily add these additional services: Car seat, Toll Pass, GPS and prepaid fuel tank. Check availability and costs at the time of booking.
What payment methods does Advance accept?
You may pay for your reservation through our website with any of the following options:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Please note that you may pay for your reservation with Advance Car Rental using a friend’s, relatives, or company credit card.
Important: Remember that as a requirement, the reservation holder must present a credit card under his/her name at the time of rental. The credit card holder's name must be printed on the card.

What happens if I return the car late?
Returning the car late will result in additional fees. If you need to return the car at a later time, please contact our Advance team as soon as possible. The contact number can be found on the copy of the rental agreement provided at the beginning of the rental.
Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?
Minimum age of 21 years old (Drivers between 21 and 24 years old may be subject to additional fees). The client and any additional driver must present a driver's license from the original and current country of origin. The driver's license must be valid at the time of rental and remain valid for the rental period.
Who is responsible for parking, toll and traffic violations?
All traffic, parking or towing fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility. These amounts will be charged to the customer's credit card, at the time of return of the vehicle or at any time thereafter. So we recommend that you drive safely and abide by all ordinances.
Can I get out of state with the car?
No. Vehicles can only be within the State of Florida.
What are the fuel and mileage policies?
Advance Car rental vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and must be returned in the same way or else an extra charge will be applied in addition to the cost of fuel. At the time of booking the client has the option to select a rental plan that already includes the first tank of fuel, so the client can return the vehicle with any amount of fuel at no additional cost.
